The ecological coffee base is located in Phongsali province, northern mountainous areas of Laos, scattered around Nankang River Valley of the small tributary valley area of 186 villages with the elevation of 800~1700 meters, featuring terrace, hills and low hills. It is a tropical monsoon climate zone with high temperature and rainy frost-free condition. Vegetation is mainly tropical rain forest and tropical evergreen broad-leaved forest. The project area is excellent in sunshine, temperature, soil, water with small population, which make it an idea place for coffee cultivation. By the end of 2016,the total coffee planting area amounted to more than 44000 mu. The project plans to establish an original ecological coffee plantation of 180000 mu with the associated coffee bean processing factory. At the same time, we also plan to transform the Phongsali province of Laos to be a coffee industry belt by the construction of an industrial park (600 mu),equipped with tourism, entertainment, reception facilities.
